One of our favorite manipulatives or learning tools to use is animal counters.  We have used them for a lot of different learning activities like counting, graphing, and creating patterns.  Today, we added our animal counters to a sensory bin to practice sorting, identifying, and classifying by color.  My children had so much fun using this Animal Counters Sensory Bin to explore and learn all about colors.
