Are you looking for a delicious, summertime dessert? The combination of cookies and cream make Sand Cake a scrumptious and sweet treat that everyone will love. This whimsical dessert is perfect for any BBQ or picnic, beach or luau themed party, or just for fun. I love no-bake, simple dessert recipes that are not only easy-to-make but tasty too.
Ingredients:
- 1 16.6 oz. Package of Golden Oreos
- 1 15 oz. Box of Vanilla Wafers
- 1 8 oz. Bar of Cream Cheese
- ¼ Cup of Butter
- 2/3 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 2 3.4 oz. Boxes of Vanilla Pudding
- 2 ¾ Cups of Milk
- 1 12 oz. Tub of Cool Whip
Supplies:
- Food Processor
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Pail or Serving Bowl
Directions:
1. Crush the Oreos and Vanilla Wafers in a food processor until it resembles sand.
* If you do not have a food processor, put the Oreos and Vanilla Wafers into a large, plastic bag (such as a Zip-loc) and crush the cookies using a rolling pin.
2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, mix the pudding and milk.
4. Combine the cream cheese mixture and the pudding mixture together.
5. Add the Cool Whip to the cream and mix.
6. Layer a pail or bowl with sand and then cream. Repeat the layers until you have used all of the cookies and cream.

I love this idea! It kind of reminds me of high school science class when someone made a cake that looked like cat litter, and they made tootsie roll poos! LOL! Have you ever seen that? Of course, yours is much prettier and more tempting to eat haha

One of my friends just made a kitty litter cake too. I had never seen anything like it!
