It seems like whenever I buy bananas they turn brown the very next day. I usually use the browned bananas to make a delicious baked good such as Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins, but my children wanted to make something on their own today. We decided to make Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream. It is a sweet, scrumptious, and healthy dessert. I love healthy snacks for kids that are so easy-to-make that children can make them all by themselves. Kids will love creating this recipe on their own and sharing it with their family (or at least their mom!)
