One of our favorite rainy day activities is to bake. My children like to help put all of the ingredients in the bowl, mix everything together, and scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet. We love to use cake mix when baking simple dessert recipes. One of our favorite cake mix recipes is Mini Funfetti Cookies. They are not only scrumptious, but they are so easy for little ones to help make.
